Having previously been baffled by other so called IT experts, our initial meeting with IT Assist was one that left us with a feeling of being in good hands, IT Assist were given a brief of specifying and installing a business server that would cope with our current business needs and still cater for our future growth.
We received a very prompt and competitive quotation and in no time at all the new hardware and fully wired network was installed, that was back in 2008 and we continue to utilise IT Assist’s services today having agreed to their no hassle maintanance and support package.
In addition, we have recently encountered problems with our external website hosting company to which end IT Assist came to the rescue and took care of it by offering to host our site themselves, they even regained control of our domain names for us.

My Computer needed looking at as it was becoming a little too slow and I was not sure whether it needed more memory or whether I had a virus on the system.
IT Assist came to pick up my laptop, at my home, on a day that suited me. Danny (the engineer) worked his magic and delivered my laptop back to my house on the day he said he would.
