In short “remote support” allows us to remotely control your PC from our offices.

We use a peice of software called Logmein which is very secure. To open a connection we provide you with a 6 digit code to enter on our website, within a few moments the software is connected and we can see your computer desktop on our PC, when we move our mouse, your cursor moves and we can also transfer files between the computers.

Basically everything we could do if we were sat in front of your PC.
